Refund and Returns Policy

If the return or Exchange is approved as per our Return Policy, the following shall apply.

On approval, the refunds and timelines are as follows;

If your return is rejected, we will call you to explain the issue and you will need to collect the product from the shop it was dropped for review/assessment. If you do not collect the product within these seven (7) days, it will be deemed as forfeited and we will dispose of in accordance with the Kenyan law.

We do not accept returns after the 7-day period.

Warranties do not cover damage to products caused by accident and abuse after purchase.
